SUPPORT & LEGAL
These terms apply to IFC upload, source-file handling, browser preview generation, file processing, generated outputs, exports, storage and technical verification duties.
The IFC Upload and File Processing Terms apply each time you upload, import, submit, process, convert, share, publish, sell, export, download or otherwise use any file through LGSF Market. These Upload Terms are incorporated into the Account Registration Terms and Platform User Agreement.
LGSF Market operates as a neutral SaaS file-processing platform. It receives user-provided files, parses and normalizes data, extracts geometry and object properties, renders browser previews, creates viewer artifacts, and may generate reports, PDF or 2D drawings, BOM, CNC, CSV and other production-related outputs where supported.
LGSF Market cannot know and is not required to know what source software, license, trial, subscription, workflow, person, contractor, employer, client, project owner or organization created, exported, edited or supplied a file before upload. You are solely responsible for confirming that you are legally allowed to upload, process, convert, share, export, sell, manufacture from or otherwise use the file and any outputs.
The Service may refactor, normalize, filter or transform an uploaded IFC file, including extracting geometry, object properties, profile data, dimensions, identifiers, grouping information, quantities and production-relevant attributes while removing, ignoring, overwriting or not retaining selected metadata. This technical operation supports privacy, interoperability, viewer performance and output generation. It is not legal clearance, license verification or ownership transfer.
You grant LGSF Market a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, limited license to host, copy, store, cache, scan, parse, extract, refactor, normalize, strip metadata, transform, render, convert, display, transmit, export, generate, secure, moderate and otherwise process uploaded files and outputs for the purpose of providing the Service, enforcing policies, maintaining security, complying with law, resolving disputes and carrying out your instructions or transactions.
For each file you upload or cause to be processed, you represent that you own the file or have all required rights, licenses, permissions, consents and approvals; your use does not violate intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, contracts, source software licenses, EULAs, subscription terms, vendor restrictions, laws or regulations; and you are responsible for verifying accuracy, safety, legality, production suitability, engineering suitability and commercial rights before use.
You must not upload, process, share, publish, sell, export or use any file that you do not own or are not authorized to use; is restricted by a third-party software license, EULA, trial, academic, non-commercial, internal-use, project contract or confidentiality obligation; contains confidential, private, restricted or regulated data without authority; is stolen, leaked, reverse engineered, misappropriated, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful or infringing; or violates export controls, sanctions, construction laws, e-commerce laws, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, safety laws or other applicable laws.
Design images must be directly related to the uploaded IFC asset, building design, frame model, project presentation, construction documentation or legitimate CFS/LGSF workflow. Images should be accurate, non-deceptive, reasonably professional and suitable for public preview when the asset is later published to Lobby or Market. You must not upload unrelated memes, fake previews, misleading product photos, stolen media, hidden advertisements or images that misrepresent the model.
You must not upload images, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, comments, links or files containing sexual or pornographic content, nudity, sexual solicitation, harassment, hate speech, threats, profanity directed at others, graphic violence, self-harm content, illegal goods, regulated goods, malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, spam, mass duplicate content, misleading claims, unauthorized personal data, copyrighted material without permission or any content that is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, deceptive or unrelated to the platform purpose.
LGSF Market may scan, reject, hide, remove, disable, preserve or investigate uploaded files, images, listings, links, comments, messages or accounts when content appears to violate these Upload Terms, platform policies, user reports, legal notices or security rules. Serious or repeated violations may result in loss of upload quota, removal from Lobby or Market, link disabling, workspace restriction, account suspension, permanent account ban and preservation of records for legal or safety review.
Outputs are generated from the file, user settings, selected options, profile data, geometry, extracted object properties, machine settings, tool settings, templates, conversion logic and other information supplied by you or derived from the file. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before using them for quoting, sale, production, CNC machining, roll forming, assembly, construction, certification, client delivery or marketplace transactions.
The Service is a technical aid only. You remain solely responsible for engineering, structural design, code compliance, permits, authority approvals, site conditions, loading requirements, bracing, bridging, connections, material specifications, machine settings, tool settings, profile mapping, thickness selection, production trials, quality control and final production signoff.
If you share, publish, embed, list, sell, license, transfer or commercially distribute a file or output, you must have all rights needed for that action. Additional marketplace, buyer, seller, payment, refund, tax and local legal terms may apply. LGSF Market may restrict, disable or remove shared access, public links, marketplace listings, downloads, exports or transactions if there is a complaint, legal notice, user report, court order, government request or evidence of a possible violation.
LGSF Market may ask you to provide proof of ownership, authorization, source-file rights, commercial rights, source software license compliance, client authorization, seller authorization or project-owner permission. If adequate proof is not provided when requested, files, exports, listings, transactions, links, features or accounts may be removed, restricted, suspended, logged or preserved as required by law or platform policy.
The Service may record upload events, account identifiers, organization identifiers, IP addresses, timestamps, file hashes, asset IDs, source metadata, filtered metadata, export settings, machine settings, terms versions, permission changes, share-link actions, publishing actions, download events, export events and other operational logs to prove acceptance, enforce policies, investigate abuse, defend claims, resolve disputes and comply with law.
If LGSF Market receives a credible complaint alleging that a file, output, listing, share link or marketplace item violates intellectual property rights, software license restrictions, confidentiality obligations, law or platform terms, the Service may remove, disable, restrict, preserve or investigate the file or related outputs without prior notice. You agree to cooperate with any investigation and provide requested documentation.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless LGSF Market and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, hosting providers, payment providers and service providers from claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs and expenses arising out of files or outputs you upload, process, share, publish, sell, download, export or use; lack of rights; breach of terms; violation of third-party software licenses, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, contracts or laws; or your technical, production, machine, engineering, manufacturing or construction decisions.
The Upload Terms apply to file processing and output generation, including CNC, CSV, PDF, BOM and related production outputs. Before using any production output, verify all dimensions, materials, profiles, tool settings, machine settings, local code requirements and engineering approvals. Outputs are generated from your file and settings and remain your responsibility.
