1. Binding agreement and acceptance

By creating an account, clicking acceptance, accessing lgsfmarket.com, uploading files, generating outputs, sharing models, publishing listings, buying or selling assets, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, employer, client, contractor, factory, project owner or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service scope

LGSF Market is a SaaS platform for viewing, processing, organizing, converting, exporting, sharing and enabling transactions involving user-provided LGSF/CFS, BIM, CAD, IFC, geometry, drawing and production-related data. The platform is not a design software licensor, engineering authority, building approval authority, machine vendor, construction certifier or legal clearance provider.

3. Account eligibility and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, collaborators, invitees, agents and anyone using your credentials or workspace.

4. Age, account names and profile information

The Service is intended for professional or business use by users who can legally enter into these Terms. Account names, display names, profile information, company names, avatars and public descriptions must be accurate enough to avoid impersonation, fraud, misleading listings or abuse. The platform may restrict names or profiles that create legal, security, marketplace or community risk.

5. Plans, roles and feature entitlements

Access to upload limits, storage, private workspaces, share links, embed options, exports, marketplace publishing, edit workflows, business controls and support levels may depend on account role, plan, workspace permission, payment status, geographic availability, security review or other entitlement rules.

6. User files, ownership and responsibility

You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your uploaded files. You are solely responsible for the source, legality, accuracy, rights clearance, license compliance, confidentiality status, technical suitability, commercial use rights and production suitability of every file and output you upload, process, share, publish, sell, buy, download, export or otherwise use.

7. License granted to operate the Service

You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, cache, scan, parse, process, extract, normalize, transform, render, convert, display, transmit, share, publish, export, secure, audit, moderate and otherwise use user files and outputs as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, enforce and support the Service.

8. Public content, publishing and marketplace presentation

If you publish a model to Lobby, Market, embed, public search, public profile or any public listing area, you are responsible for the title, description, tags, preview images, thumbnails, pricing information, license statements, commercial rights and any claims made about the asset. Public visibility may affect how others discover, view, embed, buy, download or report the asset.

9. Third-party software and source file responsibility

If a file was created, edited, exported, converted, supplied or obtained using third-party source software, you are solely responsible for confirming that the applicable license, EULA, contract and law permit your intended use, including upload, SaaS processing, public sharing, marketplace listing, CNC/CSV/PDF generation, manufacturing, customer transfer and use by third parties.

10. IFC processing and metadata filtering

The Service may parse, refactor, normalize, transform and filter IFC or other files, including extracting geometry, object identifiers, properties, quantities, profiles and production-relevant data. This is technical processing only. It does not verify ownership, create legal rights, remove legal obligations, cure license violations or convert unauthorized files into authorized files.

11. User representations

For every file and output you use through the Service, you represent that you own the file or have all required rights, licenses, consents, permissions and approvals; your use will not violate third-party rights, source software licenses, confidentiality obligations, employment obligations, client agreements, project-owner restrictions, laws, regulations or government requirements; and you are responsible for technical verification before production or construction.

12. Sharing, embedding and marketplace use

Private sharing, public sharing, embed links, previews, team collaboration, marketplace listings, paid downloads, outsourced design services, manufacturing packages and other commercial features may only be used when you have all required rights and approvals. Additional marketplace, buyer, seller, transaction, tax, refund and local compliance terms may apply.

13. Prohibited conduct

You must not upload, process, share, sell, export or use files you do not have the right to use; misrepresent source, license status, commercial rights, technical readiness or production suitability; evade software license restrictions; upload malware, stolen files, unauthorized client files or infringing content; provide unsafe or unlawful goods or services; or interfere with the Service, permissions, private data or other users.

14. Automated tools, recommendations and no AI training by default

The Service may use automated tools to support search, recommendations, file processing, metadata extraction, abuse detection, security review, spam prevention, entitlement checks and platform quality. Uploaded private IFC files and source-file data should not be used to train third-party generative AI models by default unless the user or organization gives separate permission or another lawful basis clearly applies.

15. Technical and production disclaimer

The Service is a technical tool and not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, structural design review, local building-code review, factory quality control, construction supervision, machine testing, permit approval or authority signoff. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, geometry, quantities, material lists, profiles, thicknesses, machine settings, local codes, site conditions, connections and production outputs.

16. Complaints, logs, suspension and enforcement

The Operator may collect and retain records related to accounts, logins, uploads, downloads, exports, share links, listings, transactions, permissions, acceptance records, IP addresses, timestamps, file hashes, asset IDs and relevant settings. Accounts, files, outputs, listings, transactions, links, embeds or features may be removed, restricted or suspended when they create legal, technical, safety, abuse, complaint or compliance risk.

17. Third-party services and integrations

The Service may connect to third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, analytics, payment, marketplace operations, security, file processing, support, maps, embedded content or other features. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices and availability limits, and the platform is not responsible for independent third-party systems outside its control.

18. Privacy, fees, disclaimers and liability

Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy. Some features may require paid plans, credits, listing fees, export fees or commercial arrangements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, and liability is limited according to the Terms.

19. Fees, plans and paid features

Certain features may require a paid subscription, pay-per-use credit, marketplace purchase, listing fee, export fee, storage fee, team plan, business plan, enterprise plan, custom format package or other commercial arrangement. Access may be limited by plan, role, workspace, transaction status, geographic availability, security restriction or other controls.

20. Privacy and data protection

Use of the Service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data, confidential data, project data, client data or regulated data you upload or process through the Service may lawfully be processed by the platform and its service providers.

21. Service changes, availability and termination

The platform may add, remove, suspend, rename, limit or modify features, plans, storage limits, export formats, marketplace rules, public visibility, upload rules, security controls or beta features. Accounts, workspaces, files, links or listings may be restricted or terminated when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment, rights complaints or violation of terms.

22. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service, user files, outputs, marketplace features, storage, previews, exports, links and related functions are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The platform does not warrant production suitability, engineering suitability, building-code compliance, source software license compliance or uninterrupted availability.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, production delay, material waste, construction defect, failed inspection, third-party claim, indirect loss, special loss, incidental loss, consequential loss, punitive damages or similar damages arising out of the Service, user files, outputs, listings, transactions, exports, manufacturing or construction.

24. Changes, governing law and contact

The Operator may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, plans, marketplace features or risk controls change. The final production version will identify the applicable governing law, dispute forum, legal notice address, support contact and company information published with the platform policies.
